The IG541 fire extinguishing system produced by Guangzhou Xinlin
Firefighting Equipment Co., Ltd. is a mixed gas fire extinguishing
system, which mainly consists of nitrogen (N2), argon (Ar) and
carbon dioxide (CO2) in a specific ratio (52% N2, 40% Ar and 8%
CO2). This system uses the physical properties of its extinguishing
agent to extinguish fires, rather than a chemical reaction. When
IG541 gas is released into the fire area, it can quickly reduce the
oxygen concentration to a level that cannot sustain combustion,
usually reducing the oxygen concentration in the protected area to
approximately 12.5%-15%, while increasing the carbon dioxide
content to 2% -5%, thus effectively cutting off the contact between
the fire source and oxygen to achieve suffocation and fire
extinguishing.

Colorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-conductive: will not cause
secondary damage to personnel and valuable equipment.
Green and environmentally friendly: The three components of IG541
are all basic components of the atmosphere. After release, there is
no residue, no pollution, no damage to the ozone layer (ODP value
is zero), and the greenhouse effect is extremely low (GWP value is
close to zero).
Efficient fire extinguishing: It can quickly extinguish fires in a
short period of time and is suitable for many types of fires,
including Class A, B, and C fires (note: classification may vary
according to different specifications and regions).
Safe and reliable: It is safe for the human body at the designed
concentration and will not cause dangerous situations such as
suffocation even if people are temporarily detained.
The IG541 fire extinguishing system is widely used in data centers,
communication rooms, libraries, archives, storage rooms and other
places that have extremely high safety requirements for equipment
and materials. It is also suitable for areas with dense personnel
but where safe evacuation must be ensured during fire
extinguishing. The system has multiple starting modes such as
automatic, manual and mechanical emergency start, ensuring that it
can quickly and accurately extinguish fires when a fire occurs.
